Transient Lines

With a background in classical guitar and as a former member of various rock and metal core bands, Max Lanzinger aka Transient Lines started to make electronic music only in 2018.

After moving from Munich to Vienna and getting in touch with the local music and club scene, he channeled his artistic history and vision into his take on making interesting electronica: The result can be best described as an amalgam of rather dark and experimental sound design, subtle textures, atmospheric depth, and driving rhythms. On his new album "IOTA", Transient Lines tries to capture and distill what distinguished his sound over the last years – and at the same time implemen tnew musical steps. The title refers to the often inexplicable first idea, happy accident, or unconscious decisions that is sparking the creational process and can ignite something bigger.
